Vintage Unsigned Brutalist Abstract Reticulated Sterling Silver & Faceted Aquamarine Dragonfly Wing Pendant Necklace 30”
If you heat metal just enough, you can create wonderful textures without melting it to bits! This is called “reticulation” and you never really know just what patterns you’re going to get. In this pendant the metal ended up resembling a dragonfly wing, with gentle wrinkles and folds that only this process can create.
No visible markings on pendant. Chain is marked 925 Italy.
Chain measures approximately 30 inches long and has a lobster claw clasp.
Pendant measures approximately 2.5 inches long by 1.5 inches wide.
