Vintage Signed WEISS Topaz Brown Orange Aurora Borealis Marquise Rhinestone Trailing Brooch

Back of brooch is stamped “WEISS”.
Beautifully designed with prong-set autumnal color brown/orange rhinestones, sometimes called “root beer”, along with aurora borealis rhinestones as well.

Albert Weiss founded his company in New York in 1942. Weiss imported rhinestone from Austria, created ornaments by hand. Later, Weiss Jewelry Company was handed over to his son Michael, but he could not maintain its relevance in the market and in 1971 the company ceased to exist. Today jewelry by Albert Weiss enjoys unprecedented popularity among the fashionistas and lovers of vintage.

Brooch measures approximately 2.4 inches long by 2.25 inches wide.

In good condition with no noticeable flaws. All rhinestones are present & intact. Please see all photos.
