Vintage Signed 1967 Christian Dior Germany Gold Plated Rhinestone Cluster Brooch
Circa 1967, Midcentury. Made in Germany.
Underside of brooch has cartouche stamped "1967 Chr. Dior Germany" with copyright symbol.
In 1955, Christian Dior insisted on working with Henkel & Grosse. Christian Dior argued that the German company Henkel & Grosse had a proven track record of producing consistently high quality pieces, and the deal was signed; Dior would design and Grosse would produce. This turned into a 50 year long collaboration.
Brooch measures approximately 1.6 inches long by 1.25 inches wide.
Can also be worn as a pendant!
