Vintage 1950s Whiting & Davis Co. Gold Tone Mesh Rhinestone Jeweled Clasp Handbag Purse Small
Inside of frame and inside fabric tag are marked “MESH WHITING & DAVIS CO. BAGS” & “Made in USA”. Frame also has the number 2908. Fabric tag states “Trade Mark Reg.” as well.
Inside of bag is lined with a pink satin-like material.
Bag measures approximately 4.75 inches long (from bottom of bag to top of clasp) by 5.25 inches wide. Chain strap measures approximately 5.25 inches long.
In great condition for its age. All rhinestones are intact and most are still sparkling, while some appear to be slightly burnt out. Please see all photos.
