Vintage 1950s Midcentury Iris Floating 12K GF Gold Filled Floating Opal Orb Pendant Necklace 15”
Circa 1950s, Midcentury.
This is a lovely vintage floating opal pendant necklace. Possessing a luminous and appealing sheen, this floating opal pendant is a stunning display suspended from a beautifully detailed gold filled cap resembling leaves. Appearing much like a miniature snow globe, the floating opal is comprised of small chips of opal encased in a liquid-filled glass orb.
Pendant is stamped “1/20 12K GF” and has H inside of leaf maker’s mark. Chain clasp is also stamped “1/20 12K GF”.
Chain measures approximately 15 inches long and has a spring ring clasp.
Pendant measures approximately 1.15 inches long (including bail) and orb measures approximately 15 mm.
